Visiting Maine for Thanksgiving. Car went bad Saturday evening. Dwayne coordinated with me Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend!! to get my car looked at Monday. Had me on the road Monday afternoon. Superior customer service! If I lived here, Dwayne, Todd and the team would get all of my business and anyone else I could tell. Thank you, Dwayne and team!

My old pick up truck frlt like it was on it’s last leg. Too many miles. I brought it to Vaughn who gave me a list of items they would need to be taken care of both for inspection and happy motoring. I have him the go-ahead. When I picked it up I have what feels like a brand new truck! The price was very fair Thank you so much.

When my sons exhaust system broke as he was driving to the first day of his summer internship, I called the first five star rated repair shop that came up in a web search in Westbrook. I’m very glad I did. Vaughn took the car in even though he was booked up. He gave me a very fair cost estimate. In about 2.5 hr.s (most of which was waiting for the parts from the supplier) the car was done and I was back on the road. I had driven down from Brewer to take care of the problem while my son went to his first day of his new job. I called Vaughn at about 12:30 drove the car to the shop by 1 pm, repair done and out the door by 3:30pm. He was very accommodating and personable. We swapped stories about vehicles we had each owned and talked about the classic muscle cars he had on the lot. He has a very clean shop and an immaculate newly renovated waiting area with the cleanest and classiest restroom I’ve ever seen in a repair shop. Seriously, this is like something out “House Beautiful”. He obviously takes pride in his work and in his shop and deservedly so. I would recommend this place to anyone.
